Tiana joined Hellam Varon in 2021 after spending 12 years building her career as an auditor with a national firm and then transitioning to tax for 10 years as an independent practitioner. However, her outgoing personality and love of training staff led Tiana to look for a team atmosphere again. She values the expertise of her colleagues, the sharing of ideas, and brainstorming complex problems as part of growing professionally.

Tiana found Hellam Varon to have that welcoming and genuine environment coupled with the knowledgeable, collaborative team she was seeking and became one of Hellam Varon’s growing group of remote staff. Tiana provides comprehensive tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners with a background of serving construction, manufacturing, and real estate companies.

In all aspects, Tiana is committed to and invested in her life. From relationships with friends and colleagues to volunteer opportunities in the community with her kids, Tiana seeks a good work/life balance. She wants to see and experience all life has to offer both professionally and personally. In keeping with others at the firm, Tiana enjoys travel, especially when it involves the outdoors and our national parks. Next on her list are parks on the West Coast and particularly Yosemite.
