Sara Varon is no stranger to Hellam Varon—her last name is no coincidence. She’s related to one of the firm’s founding shareholders but has carved her own path here through her work and experience. Sara first joined HVC from 2017 to 2020 as part of our stellar administrative team. After a few years working in the design world, she returned to Hellam Varon, now with expanded responsibilities that include managing the firm’s website, social media presence, and internal newsletter—work that draws on both her organizational strengths and creative background. 

Sara’s education and passion lie in design, graphics, and the visual arts. Over the years, she has applied her skills across a variety of industries—from grave marker design to escape rooms—building experience with UX/UI and graphic design platforms and honing her love for variety and creative problem-solving. These skills now support her multifaceted role at the firm. Sara appreciates the way her work challenges her and keeps her thinking, and she values the strong, respectful relationships she has with her colleagues. 

Outside of work, Sara spends as much time as she can with her family—including Pete, her orange cat. She continues to nurture her artistic side through illustration, weekly art group meetings, and running an online art club. A lover of wandering and exploring, she also enjoys geocaching, a global GPS treasure hunt. Welcome home to Hellam Varon, Sara!
