Natalie originally joined Hellam Varon in 1995 as a young accountant with two years of public accounting experience. But as can often happen, life led her to a change in careers and a relocation. However, in 2013 Natalie found her way back to Hellam Varon, and we couldn’t be happier! In the 13 years Natalie spent in private industry, she honed her skills as a controller and later as a CFO. These experiences in industry have enabled Natalie to work with clients advising on both a financial and strategic level.  

As part of our Business Support Services group, Natalie provides CFO/controller outsourcing, monthly bookkeeping support, assistance with Department of Revenue audits, and payroll and excise tax filings for closely held businesses. She has also done forensic analysis and agreed upon procedures projects for clients. Because of her background in industry, Natalie is also able to assist clients with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial positioning. Her scope of services covers a variety of industries, including wineries, healthcare, and professional services firms. 

In her spare time, Natalie loves supporting her kids in their favorite activities. She is especially enthusiastic about getting to watch her son play college football! Like many at Hellam Varon, she also enjoys travelling and wine tasting. We’re glad her travels led her back to us!
