Kelly has been with Hellam Varon since 2008 and is an indispensable member of the tax department. She is responsible for managing the workflow of all tax returns throughout the year and assists in development and implementation of cross-departmental processes and procedures to help the firm and staff meet their performance goals. 

As part of her role, she meets weekly with every tax accountant to set productivity goals and to help them determine and adjust prioritization of projects. Strategizing with staff regarding their workloads, she helps keep the tax department on track for timely completion of all tax projects. Additionally, she oversees the onboarding and training of new employees.  

Kelly stays connected and centered by spending time with her family, meditating, going to yoga, and hiking. Weather permitting you can also find her on the water boating, kayaking, swimming or paddleboarding. Kelly enjoys gardening and seeing all the fruit and vegetables come to fruition in her garden. Creative and a planner by nature, Kelly also likes exploring design whether it be in the back yard, her home office, or helping others with design decisions.
