In 1995 Natalie Channing joined Hellam Varon as a young accountant with two years of public accounting under her belt and a lot of talent and enthusiasm. As sometimes happens, life led Natalie away from us as she started a new family, relocated, changed careers. However, in 2013 Natalie found her way back to Hellam Varon, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome her!
With the same talent and enthusiasm for work, Natalie also brings a wealth of experience from the private sector. Her career has encompassed work as a controller and later as CFO for closely-held businesses. Natalie adds her expertise to our Business Support Services group, assisting clients in their day to day management of the accounting and financial side of their businesses.
When asked what brought her back to Hellam Varon, Natalie comments "I was looking for the opportunity to get back into public accounting and use my experience to help clients in a variety of industries. I love the family orientation of Hellam Varon. People are still here that I worked with 18 years ago!"
Natalie spends her spare time supporting her son and daughter in their favorite activities: soccer and dance. "It's a full life!" she smiles. She also enjoys wine tasting with friends and spending time with her dad in Palm Desert. And she wouldn't turn down an occasional vacation in Hawaii!
