Dana Stoneman first strolled through the doors of Hellam Varon in 1994 with six years under her belt as an accounting manager in private business. Interestingly, that private business also happened to be a client of Hellam Varon. It seems that numbers always interested her. "I used to make up math tests as a little girl and make my sister take them," she explains. These days she specializes in working with small businesses and delights in finding solutions for 'shoe box clients'. "You know, because they show up with all their receipts in a shoe box." As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor she also enjoys helping her clients find long term solutions that will work for them, so they don't have to use that shoe box anymore.
Outside of the office she can be spotted spending time with her husband and kids hiking, skiing, attending soccer games, or hanging out at the pool. She also volunteers at her kids' school, church, or whatever activity her kids are currently involved with.
About Hellam Varon she says "It's a fun place to work. Everyone gets along really well. When I was little I wanted to be a waitress because I thought they got to keep all that money." Well, Dana, luckily for your clients you set aside that ambition and found something just a little different to do.
